1. Introduction

Welcome to TempMail on devloria.store ("we," "our," "us"). This policy describes how the temporary mailbox service handles messages and related data.

2. Data Processed

You do not need to register. When you create an address, the service stores the address and a random session token so your browser can access its inbox. When email arrives, the service temporarily stores its sender, subject, date, body, and any attachments. The service also processes the network address of the sending mail server to receive and troubleshoot delivery.

3. Retention and Access

Message content and attachments are automatically deleted after 60 minutes. An address and its session access expire after 24 hours without activity. You can also delete messages from the inbox. The site administrator can access and delete mailboxes to operate the service. Anyone with access to a mailbox session token may be able to read that inbox.

4. Server Logs

Operational mail logs may record delivery times, source IP addresses, sender and recipient addresses, and delivery status. These logs help maintain and protect the mail service and are managed by the server's log rotation settings. Application API requests are not written to the web access log.

5. Browser Storage and Third Parties

The app stores your address, session token, inbox cache, and preferences in your browser's local storage. Clearing this storage removes the local copy. Fonts, icons, and visual assets may load from Google Fonts, cdnjs, or jsDelivr; those providers receive standard connection information when your browser requests an asset. The app does not use Guerrilla Mail and does not send outbound email.

6. Security and Appropriate Use

The service uses HTTPS and limits mailbox API access to the browser session that created an address. Temporary email is not suitable for banking, account recovery, confidential information, or messages you need to keep. Email sent over the public mail system may pass through other providers and networks.

7. Children's Privacy

This service is not directed to children under 13, and they should not use it.

We may update this policy as the service changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
